About me

I am an Enterprise Transformation Executive, ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Leadership and Organizational Development professional, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over 20 years of experience leading complex transformations across technology, operations, and people. I am also a proud mother of three sons and wife to my hero and best friend, roles that ground my passion for purpose and living with intention.

I partner with senior leaders to provide the incremental capacity and cross-functional expertise needed to execute high-stakes initiatives. Known for my ability to connect across strategy, functions, and levels, I align stakeholders, translate vision into actionable plans, and establish the structure, accountability, and transparency required to deliver results.

Originally from the beautiful island of Jamaica, I began my career as a high school Math and Science teacher before migrating to the United States to pursue engineering and leadership development. Over the past two decades, I have held progressive leadership roles across technology, manufacturing, supply chain, aerospace, and organizational transformation, relocating my family across five states in service of that growth.

As CEO and Founder of Nackia Salmon Global Consulting LLC, I partner with senior executives to lead transformations, strengthen operations, and build leadership capability across complex organizations, enabling leaders to execute with clarity, alignment, and intention.

Previously, I was part of the leadership team driving one of the largest transformations in the industry for a Fortune 100 company, impacting over 80,000 employees globally. I led change strategy and execution, enabled transformation teams, coached executives, and contributed to enterprise-wide culture and advocacy initiatives.

Beyond my work with organizations, I am deeply committed to helping individuals live and lead with intention. Through coaching, retreats, and community, I create spaces for reflection, growth, and transformation, supporting those who refuse to leave their purpose unrealized.
