About me

I am an Enterprise Transformation Executive, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Leadership and Organizational Development professional, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex change across technology, operations, and people. I am also a proud mother of three sons and wife to my hero and best friend, roles that continually remind me that meaningful leadership begins with living a life of purpose, alignment, and intention.

Throughout my career, I partnered with senior executives to turn strategy into execution by aligning people, processes, and technology. Along the way, I noticed a recurring challenge: organizations invested heavily in transformation, but lasting results often fell short because leadership behaviors, organizational alignment, and execution systems evolved at different speeds.

That realization inspired me to create CongruenceOS™, a leadership operating system that helps leaders align strategy, operations, teams, and behaviors so transformation becomes sustainable, not temporary. It brings together the lessons I've learned leading enterprise transformations, coaching executives, and developing leaders into one practical framework for delivering measurable business results.

Originally from the beautiful island of Jamaica, I began my career as a high school Math and Science teacher before immigrating to the United States to pursue engineering and leadership development. Over the past two decades, I have served in leadership roles across technology, manufacturing, supply chain, and aerospace, experiences that continue to shape how I help organizations navigate change today.

As CEO and Founder of Nackia Salmon Global Consulting LLC, I partner with executive teams to lead transformation initiatives, strengthen operations, develop leaders, and improve organizational performance.  Over the course of my career, I helped lead one of the largest enterprise transformations in our industry for a Fortune 100 company, supporting a global workforce of more than 80,000 employees.

Beyond my work with organizations, I am passionate about helping people live and lead with intention. Through executive coaching, CongruenceOS™, retreats, and leadership experiences, I help individuals and organizations create greater alignment between who they are, how they lead, and the impact they are called to make.
