- Introduction: I am a Change catalyst, ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Leadership & Organizational Development professional, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, mother of 3 sons, wife to my hero and best friend. I am passionate about purpose and living with intention, the secret sauce to helping individuals who refuse to die with a dream in their hearts! With over 18 years leading transformations in technology, operations, HR, manufacturing, commercial and organizational culture with a unique focus on employee and customer experience. My superpowers include execution, strategy and co-creating safe spaces that enables courageous conversations, grace and authenticity to thrive.
- Background: I was born in the beautiful island of Jamaica. I was a high school Math & Science teacher for a couple years then later migrated to the US where I studied Engineering, Lean Six Sigma, Coaching, Leadership and Organizational Development. I have been in corporate America for almost 2 decades, relocated my family to 5 different states as I took on roles with increasing responsibility. In my current role as CEO and founder of Nackia Salmon Global Consulting LLC we help leaders and organizations, who are committed to delivering world class business results, co-create a problem solving, resilient, high performance and inclusive culture. Previously, I was a member of a team leading one of the largest transformations in our industry for a Fortune 100 company with over 80,000 employees and an annual revenue of nearly $57 billion. I was responsible for the company's change management philosophy and approach; delivered change management expertise and enablement across our execution teams; executive and team coaching; and collaborated on company-wide culture and advocacy efforts.
